摘要
本文探讨了激发剂Na_2SO_4、三乙醇胺、NaNO_2及三者复掺在混凝土中的应用研究。结果表明:少量的Na_2SO_4、三乙醇胺、NaNO_2均有利于提高混凝土坍落度及早期强度,但Na_2SO_4、NaNO_2复掺不利于混凝土后期强度的增长。而Na_2SO_4、三乙醇胺复掺既有利于提高混凝土早期强度,又有利于提高混凝土后期强度。适当比例的Na_2SO_4、三乙醇胺、NaNO_2标养条件下可以大幅度提高混凝土早期强度,负温下则可起到良好的防冻效果。
The study on application of Na_2SO_4,triethanolamine,NaNO_2 and their mixture in concrete were studied in this paper.The results showed that,a smaller amount of Na_2SO_4,triethanolamine,NaNO_2 could improve the slump of concrete,increase the early strength of concrete,but a larger amount of Na_2SO_4 and NaNO_2 will reduce the long-term strength of concrete.However,the complex activator based on Na_2SO_4 and triethanolamine could improve both the early strength and the later strength of concrete.A suitable ratio of Na_2SO_4, triethanolamine and NaNO_2 could improve the early strength remarkably under standard curing condition,at the same time,at negative temperature,it could improve the effect of frost resistance of concrete.
