摘要 本课题立足于滨海开发区于家堡中建八局的钢管混凝土施工,结合天津塘沽的原材料,通过配合比优化,探讨了SCC C80高强自密实混凝土的配合比和施工工艺。研究结果表明,通过原材料和外加剂的选择、配合比的优化,能够制备出满足输送要求的C80高强自密实混凝土,本课题为天津地区的C80高强自密实混凝土施工奠定了扎实的基础。 This subject is based in the concrete filled steel tubular construction of the eighth engineering in the coastal zone Yujiapu built,combined with the raw materials of Tianjin Tanggu.According to the mixing proportion optimization,disscussed the SCC of C80 high strength self-compacting concrete mix ratio and construction process,the results show that,through the choice of raw materials and additives,with a ratio optimization prepared to meet the transportation requirements of C80 high strength self-compacting concrete.This subject can provide the reference for the development and application of C80 high-strength self-compacting concrete in Tianjin region.
