摘要
由于种种原因,预拌混凝土的顾客(施工单位)对购买产品的技术要求有时表达不明确,甚至有些模糊。供方若不能确定产品的全部要求,盲目生产供应混凝土,就可能发生本可避免的纠纷。基于ISO9001"与顾客有关的过程"的理念,本文从质量管理角度阐述产品销售过程中的技术注意事项。
Because of some reasons,customer of the ready-mixed concrete(the building company) sometimes delivers uncertain or even obscure technical requests.This could cause dispute which could be avoided if production proceeds with uncertain or incomplete product requirements.Basing on ISO9001,customer-related processes,this thesis is to discuss the technical considerations in product sales from quality management point of view.
