浅谈多民族融合型企业文化的构建 被引量:1

摘要 各个民族在企业内和谐共处是整个社会和谐的基础。接纳少数民族,并且构建民族融合的企业文化,既是企业可持续发展的必然要求,也是企业必须承担的社会责任;企业可以从横向和纵向不同的维度构建多民族融合的企业文化,营造基本和有利的接触制度情境,也要特别关注接触者个体的经历和特质。
