异汉防己甲素治疗高血压临床研究

Clinical Study of Hypertension Treated with Isotetrandrine

采用自身交叉对比试验,以尼群地平做对照,研究异汉防己甲素对高血压病的作用。结果显示:异汉防己甲素对轻、中度及各期高血压病降压疗效肯定。顿服异汉防己甲素0.2g 后30分钟血压下降,持续8小时,4小时下降最明显。日服0.3～0.6g 4周显效62%(31/50),有效22%(11/50),与尼群地平相比,总有效率无显著性差异。异汉防己甲素轻度减慢心率,不影响糖、脂代谢,能明显改善心功能,副作用少而轻。其降压作用可能与阻滞血管平滑肌细胞膜钙通道有关。

The antihypertensive effect of isotetrandrine(IT)has been studied,in 50 cases with hypertension with the cross-over experiment controlled with nitrendipine(NTP).The results of the study demon- strate that the antihypertensive efficacy of IT to the mild and moderate or phase Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ hyperten- sion cases was definite.After ingestion of the single-dose 0.2 g of IT,BP fell at 30 min,the maximal fall in BP was observed at 4h and duration of the action was sustained for 8 hours.After administra- tion of daily dose 0.3～0.6 g of IT for 4wk,the total response rate of all patients was 84%.Compared with NTP,the total response rate difference was not significant.During treatment,the heart rate was slightly decreased,the blood lipids and glucose were not influenced,the left ventricular functions were obviously improved,and the adverse effects were fewer and milder.The antihypertensive mechanism of it may be associated with the blocking calcium channel.
