摘要
[目的 ]探讨电刺激应激对实验动物体内脂质过氧化水平以及抗氧化能力的影响。 [方法 ]采用 5 0Hz的强脉冲、电压为 10 0V交流电对实验大鼠连续 10d进行电刺激 ,观察受刺激后大鼠肝、大脑组织中抗氧化酶GSH Px、GST和抗氧化物质GSH以及反映脂质过氧化水平的脂质过氧化代谢产物MDA的含量。 [结果 ]受试大鼠肝和大脑组织中抗氧化物质GSH含量明显下降和MDA含量明显升高 ,抗氧化酶GSH Px、GST的活性明显下降 ,与对照组相比P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1。 [结论
In oder to study levels of lipid peroxidation after rats were stimulated with electrique pulsatile of 50 Hz and 100 V. Observation was performed on the levels of malanaldehyde(MDA),glutathione(GSH) and the activites of glu tathions transferase(GST) of brain and liver tissue in rats exposed to eledtric stimulus at 50 Hz and 100 V. The levels of MDA were remarkably higher and the activities of GSH Px,GST and levels of GSH were remarkably lower compared with the control group. [Conclusion] The electric stimulus can cause the lipid peroxidation.
