数字城市发展的一个核心技术就是集成技术 ,就数字城市中电子政府发展过程中面临的集成问题 ,提出了电子政府通道 (E GovernmentChannel,EGC) ,一种新的集成平台模型。通过电子政府通道可以有效地解决政府内部系统的互连和集成问题 ,并在此基础上建立政府部门向公众用户、企业及其它行业部门提供电子化公共服务的系统。

The integrated technique is one of the core technologies in the development of Digital City. According to the problem of integration in Electronic Government, a new model of integrated platform:E Government Channel is presented in this article. Through E Government Channel, the problem on interconnection and integration of the inner systems in Governments can be effectively solved. Based on it, we can develop a system which offers electronic public services for the public users, enterprises and other industry departments.
