哈尔滨肉联厂屠宰生猪常见疾病情况调查

The Occurrence of Infections and Parasitic Diseases in Pigs Slaughtered in United Meat Processing plant of Harbin

在1982～1996年间,哈尔滨肉联厂共屠宰生猪1,878,874头,共检出病猪263,377头,总检出率为14.02％。在所调查的8年中,1988年病猪检出率最高,为16.86％;1996年最低,为0.69％。在所检疾病中,猪囊尾蚴病检出率最高,共检出患猪252,222头,检出率13.42％,检出率最高的年份是1988年,为15.74％,其次是1982～1983年,分别为15.59％和15.24％,囊尾蚴病猪占总检出病猪数的95.76％。共检出旋毛虫病猪2274头,检出率0.12％;猪病猪1,325头,检出率0.07％;猪肺疫病猪1,138头,检出率0.06％;猪丹毒病猪393头,检出率0.02％,其它疾病病猪6,063头,检出率0.32％。

During 8 years,1982～1988 and 1996,in the slaughterhouse of United Meat Processing Plant of Harbin, 1,878,874 pigs were slaughtered,Among them,263,377 pigs were condemned for human copsumption, which was 14.02% of the total number of pigs examined. By means of antemortem and postmortem inspections,the following diseases were diagnosed most frequently in pigs:cysticercosis cellulosae in 252,222 pigs(13.42%), trichinosis in 2,274 pigs(0.12%),Swine fever in 1,325 pigs (0.07%),pasteurellosis in 1,188 pigsa(0. 06%),and erysipelas suis in 393 pigs(0.02%). The occurence rate of diseases was clearly reduced in 1996(0.69%).
