心血管活性肽或其拮抗剂治疗心力衰竭的现状与展望

摘要
心衰患者心功能的重要改变为心室重塑 ,近年来集中在改善重塑的研究。参与心脏重塑有多种神经内分泌因子 ,因此试图通过各种抑制性因子来治疗心衰 ,从而改变和防止神经内分泌或活性多肽物质对心脏生长和结构的影响。
