一种新的基底膜胶原——XVIII型胶原的生物学特性及功能
摘要
XVIII型胶原是最近几年发现的一类胶原 ,其结构与XV型胶原相似 ,二者构成了非原纤维胶原中新的亚类———MULTIPLEXIN。XVIII型胶原在体内分布广泛 ,可由多种细胞表达 ,被认为是一类新的基底膜胶原。XVIII型胶原目前的功能还不是很清楚 ,可能参与细胞信号的转导及肝纤维化早期的基质改建 ,并且与Endostatin关系密切。
