肺宝防治小儿反复呼吸道感染临床与实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Research on Prevention and Treatment of Child Reversal Respiratory Tract Infection by Feibao(肺宝)

本文观察了肺宝对小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效,同时进行了肺宝免疫药理的实验研究。结果提示:肺宝防治小儿反复呼吸道感染有效率95.2%,与左旋咪唑(78.6%)疗效比较差异显著,P<0.05,肺宝具有补肺益肾,运脾消积兼清热等功效,能从多方面提高和调节机体的免疫功能,尤其是对细胞免疫和血清 IgA 水平的提高更为明显,服药前后对比差异非常显著,P 均<0.01。肺宝组方简单,作用全面,服用方便,无毒副反应。

This article reports the child reversal respiratory tract infection treated with Feibao syrnp which produced in accordance with the TCM theory of'the evil factor can't attack the body with vital-Qi(气)'and'the evil factor will attack the body which vital-Qi is weak'.Feibao syrup consisted of Radix Astragali,Herba Hedyotis diffusae,etc.The clinical research proved that after taking the medicine,the general condition,appetite and anemia were improved,the profuse sweating disappeared,the tolerance against cold was improved,the frequency of occurence of the disease was decreased or ceased.Even if the disease occured,the symptoms were mild, the disease course was short.The efficacy of the medicine was 95.2%.It was better than that of levamisole(78.6%),P< 0.05.This medicine can obviously improve the level of serum IgA and the cellular,immunity(P<0. 01).The experiment on mice manifested that it could obviously enhance the macrophage phagocytic rate,lymphocyte transformation rate,EAC rosette forming rate,and hemolysin generating rate.
