蕏苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞p16,Rb基因表ZH达的影响

The study of polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide effecting on expressions of mouse HepA tumor cell p16,Rb.

目的 探讨蕏苓多糖抗肿瘤作用可能机制。方法 采用免疫组化的方法研究蕏苓多糖对小鼠p1 6、Rb基因表达的影响。结果 蕏苓多糖作用后 ,小鼠HepA瘤细胞p1 6基因表达产物 (P1 6蛋白 )表达显著增强 (P <0 0 1 ) ;Rb基因表达产物 (P1 0 5-Rb蛋白 )表达增强 (P <0 0 5)。结论 : 蕏苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞抑癌基因p1 6、Rb有激活作用。

Objective:This article studied the polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide effecting on expressions of mouse HepA tumor cell'p16?Rb gene, further illustrated the antitumor function of polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide.Methods: Immunohisto chemistry technique were used. Results: The findings indicated expression of mouse HepA tumor cell 'p16 gene increased obviously (P<0 01) and expression of mouse HepA tumor cell 'Rb gene increased(P<0 05). Conclusion: Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide had actived function on mouse HepA tumor cell ' p16?Rb gene.
