In the identified system of the cars license plate,it is a more difficult problem about images division.That is,how to make sure the place of the cars license plate.At the same time,lights,background and climate have an effect on the orientation.Analysing kinds of factors affect the right orientation,a method of multilayer division is applied to nicety orientation to cars license plate.It has been proved that the way has good real time quality,high nicety quality and higher utility value.
