摘要 目的 探讨凋亡抑制基因 bcl- 2和凋亡促进基因 bax蛋白在胆囊癌和胆囊炎组织中的表达及其意义 .方法 采用免疫组化 SABC法对 5 2例胆囊癌 ,2 0例胆囊炎组织标本进行 Bcl- 2和 Bax蛋白产物检测 .结果 胆囊癌和胆囊炎细胞中 Bcl- 2和 Bax蛋白均主要分布在细胞胞质内 ;胆囊癌和胆囊炎组织中 Bcl- 2蛋白产物阳性率分别为 6 9.2 %和 2 0 .0 %(P<0 .0 1) ;Bax蛋白产物在胆囊癌和胆囊炎组织中表达阳性率分别为 30 .8%和 80 .0 % (P<0 .0 1) ;Bc L- 2和 Bax蛋白表达阳性率在胆囊癌的病理类型及患者预后间差异显著 .结论  Bcl- 2和 Bax蛋白在胆囊癌和胆囊炎组织中均有表达 ,Bcl-2蛋白表达增高和 Bax蛋白表达降低可能与胆囊癌的发生、发展有关 ;Bc L - 2和 Bax蛋白表达可能作为胆囊癌的诊断及预后评估的指标 . AIM To investigate the expression and significance of the bcl 2 and bax in carcinoma of gallbladder and cholecystitis. METHODS Immunohistochemical method was used in 52 cases of the gallbladder carcinoma and 20 cases of gallbladder epithellal. RESULTS The bcl 2 and bax genes, stained with brownish granules, were mainly located in the cytoplasm. The positive rate of Bcl 2 was 69.2% in gallbladder carcinoma and 20.0% in gallbladder epithellal ( P < 0.01). The positive rate of Bax was 30.8% in gallbladder carcinoma and 80.0% in gallbladder epithellal ( P < 0.01 ). There is a significant difference between positive rate of Bcl 2 and that of gallbladder carcinoma in pathological stages. CONCLUSION The abnormal expression of Bcl 2 and Bax suppresses the cell apotosis and may play an important role in the generation and development of the gallbladder carcinoma.
