尖锐湿疣和寻常疣患者外周血细胞因子和T-淋巴细胞亚群的变化

Change in cytokine in condyloma acuminatum and verruca vulgaris patients

目的 观察尖锐湿疣和寻常疣患者外周血细胞因子的变化 .方法 应用流式细胞仪和双抗体夹心 EL ISA法分别检测 12 5例尖锐湿疣患者和 10 0例寻常疣患者外周血 T-淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3+ ,CD4 +和 CD4 + / CD8+的比值 )、可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (s IL- 2 R)、白细胞介素 - 2 (IL- 2 )、肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF-α)水平的变化 .结果 112 5例尖锐湿疣患者和10 0例寻常疣患者外周血清中 s IL- 2 R,IL- 2和 TNF- α的水平明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,CD3+ ,CD4 + ,CD4 + / CD8+的比值明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) .2尖锐湿疣患者组与寻常疣患者组相比各项参数差异不显著 ,无统计学意义(P>0 .0 5 ) .

AIM To observe the change in cytokine in condyloma acuminatum and verruca vulgaris patients. METHODS The T lymphocyte subsets (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 +/CD8 +),serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) and interleukin 2 (IL 2) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) were detected by flow cytometry (FCM), Sandwich ELISA, in 125 condyloma acuminatum patients and in 100 verruca vulgaris patients. RESULTS ① In 125 condyloma acuminatum and 100 verruca vulgaris patients' serum the sIL 2R level, IL 2 level and TNF α level increased compared with normal control ( P <0.01); and CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 +/CD8 + markedly decreased ( P <0.01). ② Parameters of condyloma acuminatum patient group were not significant compared with the verruca vulgaris group ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION It is concluded that there is markedly lowlihead and disturbance in cellular immune function in patients with condyloma acuminatum and verruca vulgaris.
