摘要
根据常见变频器调制方式下的谐波特性,并基于RLC滤波器的高低频等效电路,提出了一种变频器输出正弦波滤波器的工程设计方法。在该方法中,考虑了滤波器对变频器和电机的影响,以及开关时滞和过调制对滤波器设计的影响,将该方法应用于西门子变频器系统,给出了设计实例。仿真及试验结果表明了该设计方法的实用性。
An engineering design method of RLC sinewave filter in variable-voltage and variable-frequency (VVVF) output is presented based on harmonic characteristics of commonly used modulation techniques and RLC filter equivalent circuits. The influence of the filter on motor and VVVF is taken into consideration. The effects of time lag and over modulation are discussed. As an instance, this design method is applied to a VVVF system produced by Siemens. Simulation and experimental results validate the proposed method.
