摘要
介绍了基于遥测技术的污秽绝缘子在线监测系统的设计与实现。利用泄漏电流沿面形成的原理 ,通过特殊的引流装置卡 ,在线实时测量输电线路上绝缘子串的泄漏电流 ,通过统计算法求得一段周期内泄漏电流的峰值平均值、峰值最大值及大电流脉冲数 ,通过接力式无线传输与有线传输相结合 ,将数据上传到数据分析总站 ,运用专家知识和自学习算法对上述 3类数据进行综合分析 ,对各污区绝缘子的积污状况做出正确的评估和预测 ,实现故障预警 ,并为准确划分污区和实现状态检修提供科学依据。
The design and realization of an on-line monitoring system for polluted insulators are introduced. This system monitors the insulators' leakage currents through special instruments, and figures out the average peaks, maximal peaks and the number of large current pulses of the leakage currents in a period by statistical algorithm. All of these data are sent to data-analysis terminal through wireless relaying transmission and wired transmission. Data-analysis terminal analyses three kinds of data above by using expert knowledge and self-studying algorithm, deduces correct evaluation and prediction for the insulators' pollution status, achieves failure pre-alert and provide sound judgement for dividing pollution area correctly and giving scientific support state maintenance.
