This paper introduces the architecture of Microsoft windows media server and the communication protocols of the server components,and also provides information about windows media server how to publish streaming media,how to publish streaming media through firewall,how to integrate with web server and how to enable HTTP Protocol in Windows Media server components for distributing media streaming message.
