摘要
以NRC推荐的赖Aa为基准 ,以各种Aa对应的密码子使用频率的比率来确定饲料配方中各主要Aa之间的生物配比。在添加外源核苷酸的条件下 ,雏鸡肝脏中核酸含量明显增加 ,34日龄对照组与试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组鸡肝脏中总RNA含量分别为 (34 5 7.3± 146 .4)、(380 0 .7± 16 5 .6 )、(3814.8± 170 .4)、(36 15 .1± 2 17.2 )、(4 785 .4± 12 2 .9)和 (4 916 .0± 2 0 7.1) μg·g-1。结果显示 ,外源核苷酸在家禽体内能被利用 ,且在氨基酸比例趋于平衡时 ,RNA总量有所增加。
Directed by the usage of tricodons on the massenger RNA nuclectied sequence,the biological formula of amino acids for chicken fodder were designed. With the supplement of foreign nuclotide,total RNA contents in liver of the chicken at 34d were (3 457.3±146.4),(3 800.7±165.6),(3 814.8±170.4),(3 615.1±217.2),(4 785.4±122.9) and (4 916.0±207.1)μg·g -1 respectively.The results showed that foreign nuclotide can be used in chicken body,RNA and DNA contents were increasd when the ratio of amino acid tended to equilibrium.
