视网膜色素变性的免疫学改变及其与中医辨证关系的研究

Study on Immunological Change of Pigmentary Degeneration of Retina and Its Relation to TCM Differentiation of Syndromes

本文采用单允隆抗体等技术对60例视网膜色素变性(RP)患者及40例正常人的多项免疫指标作了检测。并分析了 RP 不同证型的免疫学改变特点。结果表明:RP 患者T_1、T_4、T_8、C_3、C_4值降低,T_4/T_8、IgM、CIC 值增高,与正常人比较差异有非常显著性意义。而 RP 不同证型的免疫学改变也有所不同,肝肾阴虚型以 T_4/T_8显著增高,T_4正常为特点;脾肾阳虚型以 T_1显著下降,T_4亦下降为特点,这可作为临床辨证的参考。

Using monoclinal antibody technique,T lymphocyte cell subgroups,immunoglobins,comple- ments,and circulating immune complexes(CIC)were measured in 60 patients with pigmentary degeneration of retina(RP)and 40 normal subjects.The results indicated that T_1,T_4,T_8,T_3,C_3and C_4 of the patients were lower than those of the controls;T_4/T_8,IgM and CIC of the patients were more than those of the controls.The differences between the patients and the controls were remarkably significant.Similarly,by investigating the objective quota of TCM differentiation of syndromes,the authors divided the RP patients into Liver-Kidney deficiency of Yin(阴)and Spleen-Kidney defi- ciency of Yang(阳)groups,and compared them with normal subjects.The results indicated that the two groups underwent similar change of immunology.But they had their own characteristics.The Yin-deficiency group showed remarkable increase of T_4/T_8 and normal T_4;the Yang-deficiency group showed remarkable reduction of T_1 and reduction of T_4.
