摘要
通过测定正常人,虚寒证、虚热证患者血浆多巴胺-β-羟化酶(DβH)活性与尿中儿茶酚胺(CA)排出量发现:虚寒证患者血浆 DβH活性及尿中 CA 排出量低于对照组及虚热证组;而虚热证患者的血桨 DβH活性及尿中 CA 排泄量高于对照组及虚寒证组。血浆 DβH活性与尿中 CA 排出量呈正相关,相关系数有高度显著性;经典型相关分析处理,发现血浆 DβH活性及尿中 CA 排出量,与寒热辨证中六组主要证候群中的热象密切相关,说明热象与交感神经—肾上腺髓质系统功能变化趋势呈正相关。
Spectrophotometric assay of plasma dopamine-beta-hydroxylase(DβH)activity and fluoro spectrophotometric assay of urine catecholamines(CA)were performed in 30 patients and 21 normal persons.According to TCM,the patients were divided into two groups,6 cases of deficiency-cold syndrome(DCD),and 14 cases of deficiency-heat syndrome(DHD).The results showed that in the patients with DCD,the activity of DβH and the levels of CA were lower than those of the normal,whereas the activity of DβH and the levels of CA of the patients with DHD were higher than those of the normal(P<0.01,P<0.05).Variations of the involved visceral organs determined in the traditional way made no difference to the above-mentioned changes.Drill and CA correlated significantly to each other.The authors also took the canonical correlation analysis to the cases,the result showed that the heat syndrome correlated with DβH and CA positively.These results showed hyperfunctioning of the sympathetic-adrenomedullary system in DHD and hypofun- ctioning of this system in DCD.
