摘要 改革开放,使具有良好生态环境的伊犁经济得到了前所未有的发展,人民生活水平大幅度提高。这首先体现在人们的饮食方面发生了较大变化。在饮食结构、饮食习惯、饮食方式、饮食消费等诸多方面都发生了显著变化。开始从温饱型迈入小康型;从吃饭只是为了填饱肚子向吃得科学营养、吃得健康长寿方面转变;吃饭已经不再只是满足人们的生理需要,而是一种社交,一种享受,一种感情交流的纽带。 Because of the reform and opening up of our China, the economy in Yili, where ecological environment is favorable, develops unprecedented and the living standards of the people rise rapidly. These are manifested in the great changes in the people's diet. The people's dietary habits and dietetic structure, pattern, conception and consumption have changed greatly. Nowadays, the people lead a relatively comfortable life instead of a simple life has enough food and clothing. They do not eat to allay their hunger only, but also eat for nutrition, for good health and for longerity. Having meals is not only a kind of social intercourse, but also a kind of enjoyment and a tie of the emotional interchange as well as a way to meet the physical needs of the people.
