摘要
该文对CFG桩螺旋钻孔管内泵压混凝土成桩法的施工顺序及工艺流程进行了概括总结 ,对施工过程中堵管处理、水下成桩、复孔接桩等常见工程问题提出了切实可行的解决办法 ,并从成桩机理出发 ,推导出了用于施工参数设置的简易理论公式 。
The paper presents an overall summary of the piling sequence and the technological process of twist boring concrete pumping piling of the CFG pile. It proposes some feasible measures for the commonly encountered engineering problems in the construction process, such as: treatment of pile blocking, underwater piling, reusing the hole for pile connecting etc. From the mechanism of pile forming, simple theoretical formulae of the construction parameters are derived, and successfully applied to engineering practice.
