摘要
分销渠道是企业营销组合四大因素之一 ,而中间商是分销渠道上最重要的链接。随着新的营销时代的到来 ,企业和中间商的矛盾日益凸现。如何重新审视和处理企业和中间商的关系 ,选择合适的中间商 ,注重渠道的设计和管理是企业应重视的问题。
Retail Channel is one of the four factors of enterprises' marketing mix,and mid-businessman is the most important chain connection.With new marketing ages coming,contradictions between enterprises and mid-businessmen become obvious.Enterprises should pay more attention to examining and dealing with the relationship between the two,choosing appropriate mid-businessmen,and focusing on design and management of retail channels.
