摘要
对固定化小球藻去除 Cr6+ 进行了研究,结果表明,当褐藻酸钠浓度为 3 %、CaCl2 浓度为 0.4 mol/L、小球藻用量为 12 % ( V:V ) 时,包埋法制得的固定化小球藻具有较好的机械性能和较高的 Cr6+ 去除率;有营养源条件下与无营养源条件下相比,固定化小球藻对 Cr6+ 的去除率可提高 4~8 倍;在 pH 6~7范围内,当 Cr6+ 浓度低于 15 mg/L 时,可达到较好的去除效果;当营养源组 成 为 葡 萄 糖 9 g/L、KNO3 0.4 g/L、MgSO4·7H2O 0.9 g/L、微量元素 ( 100 倍浓缩液 ) 9 mL/L 时,对 Cr6+ 的去除效果最好。
The study on removal of Cr 6+ is carried out with immobilized Chlorella vulgaris. The results show that, when the concentrations of Na alginate, CaCl2 , and Chlorella vulgaris are 3 %, 0.4 mol/L, and 12 % respectively, the immobilized Chlorella vulgaris prepared through encapsulating has better mechanical property and is efficient in removing chromium (Ⅵ); Compared with the Cr6+ solution without nutrition, the removal ratio of Cr6+ with immobilized Chlorella vulgaris is increased from 4 to 8 times in the Cr6+ solution with enough nutrition; when pH is from 6 to 7, and the concentration of chromium (Ⅵ) is less than 15 mg/L, the recovery ratio of chromium (Ⅵ) is high; when the composition of medium is as follows: glucose 9 g/L, KNO30.4 g/L, MgSO4·7H2O 0.9 g/L, and trace mineral element 9 mL/L, the removal ratio of chromium (Ⅵ) is the highest.
