摘要
本文针对组培快繁体系中所面临的难题 ,研究了一套实用的新型瓶外滤纸桥生根技术。该技术在温度 2 0~ 30℃、光强为 40 0 0~ 1× 10 4Lx、湿度为 85 %~ 95 %、在激素IBA10 0 0mg·L- 1 、使用 4号培养液时 ,用生根培养箱培养 ,可使组培苗提高生根率 ,苗木生长健壮旺盛。同时认为组培壮苗比弱苗生根率高出 6 5 %,生根数量多。夏季采用滤纸桥生根最快 ,春季次之 ;而苗木质量以春秋两季最好 ,夏季次之 ,冬季较差。生长季节所培养的 13种植物生根率能达到 87%~ 10 0 %,移栽成活率平均达到 95 %以上。所用成本明显下降到原来的 13.2 6 %。该方法简单、易行、低廉、快速 ,现已在生产上推广应用 ,效果良好。
Focused on the matters occurring in the microprapagation, a new set of practical technique was studied for out-bottle seedling rooting, which was conducted under temprerature 20~30℃,light intensity 4000~Lx, air humidity 85%~95%, concentration of IBA 1000mg·L -1, medium number 4 in the rooting cuture box.. The results showed that the seedlings got more living potential when used trssure cultured seedlings.The research also suggested that the strongger seedlings had rooting rate 65%higher and more rooting numbers than less strong ones.seedlings cultured in summer had highest rooting rate,and those of spring less.To the seedling puality,the best was spring and autum,less summer.13 plant,speitsses.
