摘要
采用气相色谱法 ,以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物 ,对广谱高效复合型除草剂 35 %除莠水悬乳剂进行一次性定量分析。色谱条件为 :5 %OV - 17chromosorbWAWDMCS 15 0 - 177μm 2m× 3mm玻璃柱 ,柱温为 185℃ ,检测温度为2 0 0℃ ,气化室温度为 2 0 0℃ ,以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物。莠去津和除草通的回收率在 98.6 %~ 10 1.6 %之间 ,变异系数分别为 0 .71%和 0 .5 4%。热贮前两有效成分悬浮率大于 90 %,制剂倾倒后残余物和洗涤后残余物分别小于3.0 %和 0 .6 %。热贮后莠去津和除草通的分解率小于 5 %,悬浮率大于 80 %,热贮前后pH值无显著变化。
The quantitative analysis of atrazine and pendimethalin by gas chromatography was carried out with 5%OV-17 on Chromosorb W AW DMCS 150-177μm,2m× 3mm (i.d.) glass column at column temperature of 185℃, detector temperature of 200℃ and injector temperature of 200℃. The good internal standard was Di-n-amyl-o-phthalate. The recoveries of atrazine and pendimethalin ranged 98.6%~101.6%, the coefficients of variation of this analysis were 0.71% and 0.54%. The suspensibilities of atrazine and pendimethalin were more than 90%. The residue after dumpage and residue of abstersion were less than 3.0% and 0.6%. The degradation rates of atrazine and pendimethalin were less than 5%, the suspensibilities were more than 80%, pH had no marked change after 2 weeks storage at 54℃.
