保安湖鳜鱼(Siniperca Chuatsi)卵巢发育的组织学观察

OBSERVATION ON THE OVARY DEVELOPMENT OF SINIPERCA CHUATSI IN BAOAN LAKE

作者对取自天然水域中不同发育时期的 92尾鳜鱼卵巢进行了组织学观察。描述了不同时相卵母细胞的发育特征、卵巢周年发育的规律。结果表明 ,5月中旬至 7月中旬为鳜鱼的繁殖期 ;8～ 10月鳜鱼卵巢处于产后休整阶段 ,此时为Ⅱ期卵巢 ;11月份卵巢发育至Ⅲ期 ,直到翌年 3月份 ,由此可见 ,鳜鱼是以Ⅲ期卵巢越冬 ;4～ 5月份为卵巢产前发育阶段。文章指出鳜鱼在年生殖周期内可产卵两次 ,属分批产卵类型的鱼类。
