不同生境中碱菀形态结构的比较解剖研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究表明 ,随着土壤总含盐量 0 .2 2 %上升到 2 .47%,碱碗根、茎、叶主脉维管束导管管径减小。叶表皮细胞外的角质层波状纹饰由稀疏、平浅变为紧密、高深。茎及叶主脉导管排列由散生转变为多数呈直线排列。根中木薄壁细胞壁木质化加厚程度加强 ,次生生长提前 ,次生结构逐渐发达。 As the salinity of soil rose from 0.22% to 2.147%,a series of anatomical changes of Tripolium vulgare Nees were observed.The diameter of vessels in leaf main veins,stems and roots was declined.The wavy cutical decoration was rare and flat in 0.22% salinity but dense and high in 2.47% salinity.The vessels in stem and in leaf main veins distributed at random in low salinity (0.22%),while arranged into lines in higher salinity(0.93%,2.47%).The xylem parenchyma cell wall in roots of 2.47% salinity highly lignified and thickened,The secondary growth in high salinity was in advance and secondary structures developed.
