甜瓜果形遗传的初步研究

Preliminary Research on Heredity of Muskmelon Fruit Shapes

利用不同生态类型的品种 ,对甜瓜的果形遗传进行了研究。结果表明 ,其遗传参数m ,d ,h分别为 1 2 5 5 2 ,- 0 2 2 79,- 0 0 6 80 ,甜瓜的果形遗传符合加性 -显性遗传模型 ,且呈负向部分显性。由其世代方差估算果形指数的遗传力较高 ,广义遗传力为 83 6 0 % ,狭义遗传力为 6 5 94 % ,在育种实践中 ,具有较高的选择效果。

The muskmelon varieties of different ecotype were used to study the heredity of fruit shapes.The result shows that genetic parameters m,d,h are 1 255 2,-0 227 9,-0 068 0 respectively.Heredity of muskmelon fruit shapes conforms to additive-dominant effect genetic model,and shows negative partial dominant effect.The heritability of fruit shape index estimated by its generation variance is higher,the broad sense heritability is 83 60%,the narrow sense heritability is 65 94%,it has higher selection effect in breeding production.
