摘要
本文研究了苦荞麦粉在 QPS65×2型双螺杆挤压膨化机膨化咐,螺杆转速、含水量、进料量对膨化度的影响。结果表明膨化度随含水量增加而下降,随螺杆转速、进料量的增加而上升。提出了生产过程中应注意的关键问题。
In this paper,we studied the effects of screw's rev speed,moisture content and feeding quantity on the expansion of tartary buckwheat flour when extruded with QPS56×2 Double-Screw Extruding and Expanding machine.Results have show that expansion rate decreased with increasing moisture content, but increased accordingly with screw's rev speed and feeding quantity.We also discussed key problems during production.
