摘要
分析了凉山农业的特点,指出了存在的问题,就凉山农业发展提出了科学规划,退耕还林(草),调整结构,推广农作物综合技术,加强基础设施建设,加强体制改革和制度创新,走产业一体化路子等7项对策。
After analyzing characteristics of farming and problems in Liangshan,I have put forward following suggestions scientific planning,returning farmland to forest and pastures,restructuring,diffusing comprehensive farming techniques,strengthening infrastructure development,system reform and innovation, and industrial integration.
