中间球海胆早繁育苗技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 中间球海胆的繁殖期通常为 10~ 11月 ,通过生物促熟技术使其繁殖期可提前至 4~ 5月。亲胆在 18~ 2 0℃的条件下投喂自制的促熟饵料培育 ,当亲胆积温达到 185 0℃时 ,即可进行人工催产 ,催产诱导率达 80 %以上。结果表明 :促熟水温以 18~ 2 0℃ ;促熟饵料以HD - 2 +海带为最佳 ,海胆幼虫培育成活率为 87% ,早繁育苗与 10月份育苗相比可减少能源消耗 ,育苗生产成本可降低 71% 。 The spawning period started from October to November naturally on sea urchin (Strongylocentrotus intermedius) .The time of spawning was moved up to April or May with the broodstock conditioning technology at elevated temperatures.This technology reduced energy power and decreased production cost on spawning seaurchin with breeding in summer which was suitable for sea urchin growing The broodstock were feeded with artficial diets and spawned after about 1850 degree days of conditioning at about 18~20 ℃.The rate of inducing sea urchin spawn reached more than 80%.The spawning production cost was decreased from 0 7 Yuan/each to 0 2 Yuan/each,comparing using this new technology in early summer with original technology in winter.So far,this technology have not been reported at home and abroad.
