64例子宫内膜癌术前血清CA_(125)对子宫外扩散判断的价值

Valuation of Serum CA_(125) for Monitoring Endometrical Carcinoma Preoperating and the Extrauterine Metastasis

目的 分析子宫内膜癌术前血清CA12 5值对其子宫外扩散的判断价值。方法 前瞻性分析 1998年 10月- 2 0 0 1年 3月收治的经手术治疗的子宫内膜癌患者 6 4例 ,术前及术后均检测了血清CA12 5值以了解与手术分期 ,病理类型及组织学分级的关系 ,并对其结果进统计学处理。结果 6 4例患者中 ,血CA12 5值阳性者 17例 ,与手术分期及病理类型存在着线性关系 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 术前血清CA12

Purpose To analyse the valuation of serum CA 125 for montoring endometrial carcinoma preoprating and the extrauterine metastasis. Methods 64 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted between 1998.10 to 2001.3 were prospectively analyzed.So as to known the operation stages,pathological types and tissue grades relationship.The result were analyzed by statistics. Results Among 64 cases,17 cases are positive to serum CA 125 ,there was an evidently correlatively between operative stages and pathological types ( P >0.01). Conclusions Properative serum CA 125 can be used as the pathological spreads main reference guideline.
