医院的医学伦理学教育

本文提出时代的进步对医务人员的医学伦理素质提出了更高的要求 ,但目前医院的医学伦理学教育不能与之相适应 ,因此必须构建医院医学伦理学教育的新模式。为保障医学伦理学的教育效果 ,医院必须净化育人环境 ,医院领导首先应具备过硬的医学伦理素质 ,对医院进行道德化管理。医院伦理委员会应成为医院医学伦理学教育的主体 ,针对临床第一线的需要开展教学研究 ,区别医务人员的不同情况 。

The paper presents new ideas in the teaching medical ethics in hospital.For guaranteeing the effect of medical ethics teaching,the hospital administrators should have the good quality of medical ethics,and know the importance of the medical ethics quality,run the hospital with the principle of medical ethics.The hospital Ethics Committee plays important role in medical ethics teaching.It can study various content and forms for clinical practice teaching,and for different health staff.
