VEGF和C-myc表达在胃癌形成、发展和转移中的作用

The Roles of VEGF and C-myc in Occurrence,Development and Metastasis of Gastric Carcinoma

目的 :研究VEGF和C -myc在胃癌中的表达和二者之间的相关性及其在胃癌发生、发展和转移中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组化ABC法对 45例胃癌的癌组织VEGF和C -myc的表达进行研究。结果 :VEGF和C -myc二者在胃癌组织和正常胃组织的阳性表达率均有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,VEGF与C -myc的表达呈非常显著的相关性 (P <0 0 1)。二者的表达与胃癌的转移行为有关 ,而与肿瘤大小和分化程度无关。结论 :VEGF可能在胃癌形成、发展和转移中与C -myc基因协同作用 。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and C-myc in the occurrence,development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma(GC).Methods:The expression of VEGF and C-myc in 45 of GC tissue and 20 of normal gastric tissue were examined by immunochemistry.Results:The positive rates of VEGF and C-myc in GC tissue were 84.4% and 66.7%,respectively,and 50% and 20% respectively in normal gastric tissue.The positive rates of VEGF and C-myc in GC were significantly higher than that in the normal gastric tissue.The expression of VEGF and C-myc in GC was related with metastasis of GC.Conclusions:VEGF and C-myc played an important role in occurrence,development and metastasis of GC.
