摘要
南京都市圈现行的行政体制不适应城市的发展,暴露出种种弊端,急需改革。基于区域发展和经济全球化的需要,作者运用城市管治的思想,对南京都市圈城市管治的设立进行了初步构想。
The current administrative systemin Nanjing Metropolitan does not comply withthe development of Nanjing and needsreform. Based on the consideration of re-gional development and economicglobalization,the establishment of metro-politan governance in Nanjing Metropolis isconceived.[
