摘要
目的 :探讨膀胱癌患者外周血白细胞粘附分子β2 整合素 (β2 -integrin ,CD18)和血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(solubleintercellularadhesionmolecule- 1,sICAM - 1,CD5 4)、血管细胞粘附分子 (solublevascularcellad hesionmolecule - 1,sVCAM - 1,CD10 6 )变化及其意义。方法 :采用流式细胞仪技术检测 30例膀胱癌患者外周血白细胞CD18以及血清sICAM - 1和sVCAM - 1的表达。结果 :膀胱癌患者外周血白细胞CD18以及血清sICAM - 1和sVCAM - 1表达显著增加。结论 :膀胱癌患者外周血白细胞CD18和血清sICAM - 1与sVCAM - 1的水平对膀胱癌的早期诊断病理分级。
Objective:To clarify the change and significance of adhesion molecules in periheral blood of patients with bladder neoplasms.Method:The expression of β 2-integrin(CD18)on neutrophils,Serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1)level were determined using flow cytometry in 20 cases transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder.Ten cases of nontumor urogenital diseases or normal subjects were used as controls.Result:The mean fluorescence intensity of CD18,sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were significantly higher in bladder cancer patients than in the controls(P<0.05).Conclusions:Serum ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 levels and the CD18 expression on neutrophils were claimed to be the valuable markers in the early diagnosis and as valuable in the follow up study of bladder cancer.
