摘要
针对平原地区洪水预报特点 ,建立了以水动力学方法为主的河道一维洪水预报水文水动力学模型以及无资料地区以水文学方法为辅的洪水预报水文水力学模型 .模型中河道洪水演算采用基于圣维南方程组的差分解法 ,流域降雨径流预报采用新安江三水源模型 .模型采用变动边界技术 ,将河网与两侧的地形联系起来 ,能准确计算出逐时段河网各断面的水位与流量 .该模型在浙江省诸暨市城关至湄池河段洪水过程的模拟与预报结果表明 。
According to the characteristics of plain flood prediction, a hydrologic hydraulic flood predicting model is established mainly based on the hydrodynamic method of 1 D channels and the hydrologic method for no data areas. In the model, the differential method based on the Saint Venant equations is used to calculate river floods, and the Xin′anjiang three water source model is used to predict precipitation and runoff in river basins. With the variable boundary technique and by connection of river networks with corresponding topography, the variation of the water level of and the discharge from each river section can be calculated accurately. The model is applied to the simulation and prediction of the flood process of the Chengguan Meichi section in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, and the predicted and measured water levels are in good agreement.
