江苏省如东县1997～1998年新生儿脐血TSH结果分析

AN ANALYSIS ON TSH OF NEONATAL CORD BLOOD IN RUDONG COUNTY FROM 1997 TO 1998.

如东县 1997～ 1998年用免疫放射 (IRMA)法对 10 6 81份新生儿脐血检测促甲状腺激素 (TSH)。结果表明 :新生儿 TSH水平随着食用碘盐时间的延长而降低 ;秋冬明显高于春夏 ;

Rudong county surveillance of the neonatal cord blood TSH by IRMA was carried out from 1997~1998,the results showed that people took more iodine salt,neuborns had less TSH.TSH has seasonal fluctuation,higher in fall and winter than in spring and summer,but there was no significant difference between male and female,and among different ways of childbirth.
