摘要
为检测山东省中医药研究所研制的解热冲剂在体内外的抑菌作用 ,我们采用了小鼠口服给药保护法 ,测定药物对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠体内的保护效果 ;试管二倍稀释法测定该药对呼吸道致病菌和其它常见致病菌的体外抑菌作用 ,结果表明 :解热冲剂对所试菌均有抑制活性 。
In order to determine bacteriostasis of a traditional chinese refrigerant developed by Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese medicine Institute.We used young mouse oral administration protection method to determine protective effect on staphylococcus aureus infection,and double fold dilution method in vitro was also employed to test bacteriostasis of that medicine against the respiratory tract pathogens and others.The result showed the traditional chinese refrigerant can restrain all tested pathogens in vitro and protect young mouse against infection in vivo.
