金融统计国际规范化的几个问题

迄今为止 ,尽管我们在金融统计国际规范化方面作了很大努力 ,但在加入“WTO”等因素的客观要求下 ,又面临着国际规范化的改革 ,或者说是“金融统计入世”。本文在认真分析金融统计国际规范化客观要求的基础上 ,重点探讨了国际规范化对提高金融统计水平、推动中国经济更加对外开放以及提高政府工作效率和决策水平的作用机制 ,进而有针对性地提出了与SNA和IMF有关框架保持一致 ,按GDDS标准加快统计改革等国际规范化途径。

So far, great efforts have been paid to the international standardization of financial statistics in China, however, in order to conform to the requirements of WTO rules, we are facing the reform on the international standardization. On the basis for the requirements of international standardization of financial statistics, this article discusses the functioning mechanism of international standardization on the improvement of financial statistics quality, government efficiency and decision-making quality, and on the promotion of China's economy to much more open to the world. Finally, the author proposes that, in conformity with the framework of SNA and IMF, China should speed up reform on the international standardization of statistics according to GDDS standards
