随着我国成为WTO成员国 ,企业的国际化经营已是不可逆转的潮流 ,国企在外部环境、管理素质、人才等方面面临着严峻的挑战。为此 ,国企必须从管理技术、激励机制、技术创新、企业文化、资源管理和发展战略管理等方面进行深刻变革 ,以应对这些挑战。

With China becoming a member state of WTO, internationalized operation of her enterprises is an irreversible trend, and the sate-owned enterprises are faced with serious challenges in the fields of the external environment, the management quality and the talents. Therefore, in order to meet these challenges, deep reform must be carried out in the aspects of management techniques, motivating mechanism, technical innovation, business culture, resources management, management of development strategy, and etc.
