摘要
“积极财政政策”实施了 4年 ,发挥了其应有的作用 ,基本达到了预期的目的 ,但也导致了巨额赤字和巨额债务 ,作为经济政策 ,其使命不是永久性的。
Positive fiscal policy' has been active for four years and it has been playing the expected roles. While achieving the expected objectives, it also resulted in huge deficits and debt. As an instrumental policy, its commission can not be long lasting.
