摘要
主要介绍了废磁悬液吸附剂预涂膜过滤技术工艺。实验结果表明:废磁悬液通过吸附剂预涂膜过滤后,废磁悬液中荧光磁粉、氧化铁皮、荧光剂等物质的含量可控制在2mg/L以下,悬浮物粒径小于2μm。因此,采用吸附剂预涂膜过滤的废磁悬液可完全达到国家排放标准直接排放或进行再利用。
The fi ltration technology with adsorbent precoat for waste magnetic suspending liquid is introduced.Test results show that after the waste magnetic suspending liqui d is filtered with adsorbent precoat,the content of the substances such as fl uorescent magnetic powder,iron scale,fluorescer etc.in it can be controlled under2mg /L and suspending particle sizes under2um.Therefore,the waste magn etic suspending liquid to be filtered with adsorbent procoat can completely mee t national discharge standards,thus can be discharged directly or re-used.
