摘要
对高铁镍 2 6 18铝合金进行了熔体高温过热处理 ,并研究了合金的组织与力学性能。结果表明 :采用熔体过热处理可以细化铸态组织中的针片状Al9FeNi相 ,使其挤压后破碎为细小的颗粒相。该工艺使 2 6 18铝合金的常温和高温力学性能稍有提高。
High temperature melt over heating was adopted in 2618 aluminum alloy with high contents of iron and nickel. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. The results show that needle and flake Al 9FeNi phase has been refined by melt over heating process and thus fine grained Al 9FeNi phase can be attained after extrusion. This process can not only improve the room temperature mechanical properties of 2618 alloy but also increase its elevated temperature mechanical properties.
