After introducing the relation between Electronic Commerce(EC)and enterprise in-tranet and analyzing the new enviroment brought by EC and the development trend of the strctrue of enterprises' information system,this paper explains the technological characteris-tics and dominance,and the problem of how to construct enterprise Intranet system.It also mentions some problems we should pay attention to during constructing the intranet system.
