为在CAD/CAPP系统中准确判断形位公差精度等级,详细分析了形位公差值的分布规律,提出了确定其精度等级的公式化方法,推导出形位公差和精度等级之间的关系式,并用程序在微机上实现了自动转换,在实际系统中得到成的验证。

In order to judge accurately the precision grade in system of CAD/CAPP, the distributing rule of form-position tolerance value is analyzed in detail. Describes a formulated method for determining the form-position precision grade, deduces the functional relation formula between the form-position tolerance and its precision grade, and further achieves the automatic transformation by a programmed practice on PC computer,and verifies successfully it in a CAD/CAPP system.
