Forming Technology for the Toilet Bowl and Design of the Die

针对高速列车蹲便器便斗零件的特点 ,采用经验设计和数值模拟相结合的方法 ,确定了合理的工艺路线 ,制定了冲压工艺方案 。

In view of the characteristics of the bowl part of the squat_typed toilet of the express train, with combination of experience design and numerical simulation, a reasonable technological process was determined and the stamping process was worked out. The method for the design of the die and the structure characteristics of the die were introduced.
