摘要
介绍了莱钢自制的设备生产 5 0t钢包炉用普通钢种和轴承钢精炼渣的生产工艺、配比和成分。用该精炼渣进行钢包精炼 ,取得了良好的发泡、脱氧和脱硫效果 。
The production process, burdening and ingredien t of general steel grades and bearing steel refining slag produced using the dev ice made by Laiwu Iron and Steel for a 50 t ladle furnace are presented in this article. With decreasing the production cost by using the refining slag, the excellent results for foaming, deoxidizing and desulphurizing have been obtained.
